Dream is a premium-lifestyle card program operated by [program-entity legal name and jurisdiction — to confirm](“Dream”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of this website and your registration of interest in the Dream card. They are not an offer of credit or a guarantee of card issuance.

1. Nature of the program

Dream is a regulated premium-lifestyle card issued on Visa Signature rails under a Merchant-of-Record structure with a regulated sponsor bank. Cards are funded exclusively by screened, KYC-verified top-ups converted to fiat. Dream is a standalone brand, independent of any single venue or operator.

Dream does not facilitate anonymous transactions. All funding activity is subject to verification, screening and ongoing monitoring.

2. Eligibility, verification & approval

Registering interest does not create a membership or entitle you to a card. Card issuance is subject to full identity verification (KYC), source-of-funds verification, sanctions/PEP screening, eligibility criteria and final approval. We may decline any application at our discretion.

3. Fees, limits & benefits

Tier benefits, fees, limits, rewards and concierge service levels are [to be confirmed with the program partners and sponsor bank] and will be provided in your member agreement before any card is issued. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding statement of pricing or benefits.

4. Acceptance
